Denoco Energy Systems

Privacy policy

Last updated: April 2, 2026

Denoco Energy Systems (“Denoco,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website or submit a quote request, in line with Canadian privacy expectations including PIPEDA and, where applicable, Quebec Law 25 principles.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, contact information, postal code, service details, optional marketing preferences, and technical data such as IP address and browser type to prevent abuse and support consent records.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule work, improve our services, and — only if you opt in — send relevant updates about rebates, maintenance, or offerings (CASL-compliant).

Sharing

We use service providers (for example hosting, database, and automation tools) that process data under contract and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party essential cookies for site functionality, branch routing, and call tracking. Call-tracking cookies (CallRail) are first-party only, scoped to denoco.com, and store an anonymous session identifier plus your original referring source so we can route your call to the correct branch and attribute it to the campaign that brought you here. They are not used to track you across other websites or for behavioural ad targeting. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) load only after you provide consent through our banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data or contacting us.
