Eastern Ontario (Smiths Falls HQ + Kingston)

Premium HVAC, plumbing & home energy — built to perform in Ontario winters

This community built Denoco. Forty-five years of referrals, return calls, and neighbours telling neighbours — that's what kept us going and what keeps us showing up at our best. We're a second-generation team that takes that trust seriously. Today, we're carrying that same foundation into the future: smarter energy systems, greener homes, and a level of service that's harder to find every year. If you want a company that's been here, plans to stay here, and treats your home the way we'd treat our own — you're in the right place.

  • Two coordinated branches (Smiths Falls + Kingston)
  • Emergency service: Kingston year-round (all services); Smiths Falls winter HVAC only
  • Clear scopes + written recommendations
  • Licenced work and permits where required (Ontario)

What can we help you with?

Most homes don't need “more equipment.” They need the right diagnosis, the right sizing, and a crew that finishes clean. Browse services or tell us what's going on and we'll route you to the right branch.

Which Denoco branch should I call?

Denoco routes service by postal code and service type. Smiths Falls handles core HVAC, plumbing, solar/energy, and generators. Kingston handles those plus Kingston-only specialties like radon, WETT/wood-energy, chimneys and fireplaces, and more. If your postal prefix is shared, we'll ask one quick question and route you correctly — we don't guess.

Do heat pumps work in Eastern Ontario winters?

Yes — if the system is designed for cold-climate performance and sized for your home’s real heat loss, not brochure numbers. The common failure isn't “heat pumps don't work,” it's poor sizing, ignored duct limits, or a bad backup heat plan. We'll show you the trade-offs (hybrid vs. all-electric), what upgrades are actually required, and what's optional.

Net-zero ready, without the hype

If you want to move toward lower bills and lower carbon, the order matters: envelope, airflow, electrical capacity, then equipment. We help you build a plan that makes sense even if incentives change — and we'll tell you when “net-zero” is a bad fit for your home right now.
