Job Overview:

As an Apprentice at Denoco Energy Systems, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced professionals in various skilled trades, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sheet Metal. This hands-on role will provide you with practical experience and knowledge in your chosen trade, preparing you for a successful career in the industry. You will assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs while learning the technical and safety aspects of your trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Skilled Tradespeople:
  • Work alongside licensed professionals in your chosen trade, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
  • Learn to use tools, equipment, and materials specific to your trade safely and efficiently.
  • Follow instructions to complete tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing components.
• Learning and Development:
  • Participate in hands-on training and mentorship to develop your technical skills and knowledge.
  • Attend company-provided training sessions and educational programs related to your trade.
  • Gradually take on more complex tasks as you gain experience and confidence.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of tools and materials.
  • Learn and apply local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in your work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all company safety policies.
• Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Enrollment or completion of a pre-apprenticeship program in a related trade is an asset.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in one of the skilled trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Sheet Metal).
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
  • Basic understanding of tools and materials used in your chosen trade.

• Physical Requirements:
